TOWN MANAGER OR FINANCE MANAGER TO APPLY FOR A
LOAN FROM THE EARTHQUAKE DISAS I ER REVENUE STABILIZATION
ASSISTANCE FUND (SB 30X)
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State
of Califonia, to authorize the Town Manager or Town Finance Manager to apply for a loan
from the Earthquake Disaster Revenue Stabilization Assistance Fund.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, held on the 4th day of February, 1991 by the following vote:
