RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
THE COMMUNITY GRANT AGREEMENT AND THE LEASE AGREEMENT
BY AND BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AND THE LOS GATOS MUSEUM ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, TOWN has appropriated funds in its Fiscal Year
1990-91 Budget for allocation to community service agencies; and,
WHEREAS, LOS GATOS MUSEUM ASSOCIATION agrees that
appropriated funds are only supplemental to operations and are in
no way intended to fund operations entirely nor extend for any
period of time after the expiration of this AGREEMENT; and
WHEREAS, TOWN owns and agrees to lease to Los Gatos
Museum Association the buildings and lots located at 75 Church
Street and 4 Tait Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: that the Town Manager be
authorized to execute the attached Community Grant Agreement and
Lease Agreement on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos with the Los
Gatos Museum Association.
