RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
COMMENDING ELLEN GRAFF
OF THE LOS GATOS COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Ellen Graff has served the Town of Los Gatos as a commission
member of the Town's Community Services Commission since January 7, 1985; and,
WHEREAS, during this period, she has served as Vice -Chair and Chair of the
Commission, has unselfishly contributed her time, energies and capabilities to the
Commission and the community, and has assisted the Commission on special projects
including, but not limited to the following:
Chair of the Long Range Planning Committee
Chair of the Grants Evaluation Committee
Smoke Detector Ordinance Committee
Fire Prevention Committee
Housing Committee
Youth Cultural/Activities Center Committee
Community Needs Committee
Homeless Committee
WHEREAS, the Town Council feels that such outstanding public service
deserves special recognition;

NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: that the Los Gatos Town Council
does hereby render, with genuine appreciation, its gratitude and commendation to Ellen
Graff for her service to the Town and its citizens as a commission member of the Town's
Community Services Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 7th day of January, 1991, by the following vote:
