CORRECTING A CLERICAL ERROR IN ORDINANCE 1815
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT DEVELOPMENT
REVIEW COMMII'1'EE APPROVAL FOR MINOR PROJECTS AND TO
REQUIRE ARCHITECTURE AND SITE APPROVAL AND APPROVE
APPLICATION FEES FOR PROJECTS WITHIN THE HISTORIC
DISTRICT OR FOR DESIGNATED LANDMARKS
WHEREAS, on March 19, 1990 the Town Council adopted Ordinance 1815
Amending the Zoning Ordinance to permit Development Review Committee approval for
minor projects and to require Architecture and Site approval and approve application fees
for projects within the historic district or for designated landmarks; and,
WHEREAS, due to a clerical error Ordinance 1815 contained a typographical error
as to the identification of Zoning Ordinance Section 4.85.230, at page 5, Section VI that was
not detected at the time of adoption; and,
WHEREAS, Section IV, at page 5, should have read "Section 4.86.230 of the Zoning
Ordinance is repealed".
RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby direct
the Town Clerk to correct Ordinance 1815, at page 5, Section VI to read: Section 4.86.230
of the Zoning Ordinance is repealed.
PASSED AND ADOP 1'ED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 4th day of March, 1991 by the following vote.
