RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
PARKING PROHIBITION FOR 809 UNIVERSITY AVENUE
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Sections 16-30, 31 & 32,
"Turning Movements", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish
the following traffic regulation:
Turning east of any vehicle onto Grays Lane from parking lot Number 3 or
parking lot Number 4 on any day is hereby prohibited during the nighttime
hours of 10:00 P.M. to 4:00 A.M.
FURTHER RESOLVED, portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in
conflict therewith are hereby rescinded.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services
is hereby instructed to install appropriate signs giving notice to the public of this action.
