RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DENYING
THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S PROPOSED AMENDMENT
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE AFFECTING MEASUREMENT
OF THE HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS
WHEREAS:
A. The Town of Los Gatos Planning Commission has recommended amendment of
the zoning ordinance provisions affecting measurement of the height of buildings; and,
B. A public hearing was held by the Town Council on May 6, 1991.
BE IT RESOLVED:
A. The Town Council hereby finds that the ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos
amending the zoning ordinance provisions affecting measurement of the height of buildings
should not be modified and shall remain in full force and effect.
B. Based on the foregoing findings the Town Council hereby denies the Planning
Commission's recommendation to modify the zoning ordinance provisions affecting
measurement of the height of buildings.
PASSED AND ADOP 1'ED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 20th day of May, 1991 by the following vote.
