RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION
OF A CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that the
Mavor is authorized and directed to execute the attached four Letters
of Agreement extending contracts for consultant services from April 30,
1979 through May 31, 1979.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
at a regular meeting held this 16th day of April
1979, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito
Peter W. Siemens and John B. Lochner
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
