RESOLUTION NO. 1979 -61
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING
PAUL MA_DSEN
WHEREAS, Paul Madsen had been a resident of the Town of
Los Gatos for over 40 years; and
WHEREAS, he had been an active member of this community,
taking an interest in local affairs; and
WHEREAS, he faithfully served the Town of Los Gatos as a
member of the Retirement Board for over Z4 years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos does hereby wish to express its sincere
appreciation and gratitude for the many valuable services
rendered by Paul Madsen; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be presented,
posthumously, to Mrs. Elise Madsen as a token of the Town's
gratitude and appreciation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos at a regular meeting held this 16th day
of April , Z979, by the following vote:
