RESOLUTION AMENDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AND GREEN VALLEY
DISPOSAL COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
that Paragraph 6.d (of which a., b. and d. have heretofore been
amended by Resolution No. 1979 -37) of the June 12, 1972 agreement
between the Town of Los Gatos and Green Valley Disposal Company are
amended to read:
6. GREEN VALLEY shall charge users of its service, other
than the TOWN, the following rates effective April 1, 1979:
d. For office, commercial and industrial monthly bin

The bin maintenance and rental cost included in the
above rates are:
1 -1/3 Yard - $6.00
2 Yards - 7.00
3 Yards - 8.00
The Company will, on request, provide an 18 cubic yard
container. Minimum charge is $27.00 per dump with a
four dump minimum per month.

Except as modified by this resolution, the June 12, 1972, agreement
remains in effect, unchanged.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 2nd day of April
1979, by the following vote:
