PARKING PROHIBITION AND TWO -HOUR TIME
LIMIT PARKING RESTRICTION ON ELM STREET
RESOLVED:
That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -47, "Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby
establish the following traffic regulations:
STOPPING STANDING OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Stopping, standing or parking of a motor vehicle is hereby
prohibited AT ALL TIMES along a portion of Elm Street, as
indicated on the attached Exhibit "ATT.
TWO (2) HOUR PARKING
No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle between
the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., daily, except Sundays
and Holidays, for a period of time longer than two (2)
hours along a portion of Elm Street, as indicated on the
attached Exhibit 'TAT'.
Portions of any Resolutions previously adopted that are in
conflict therewith are hereby rescinded.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate
signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 2nd day of
