A total of 20 questions were asked in the survey, the email address and RSVP to the round table
discussion questions have been left out of this document. The survey was sent on January 22, 2018 to
roughly 50 recipients and we received nine responses as of February 15, 2018.

Hoping that moving back to the civic center will work; we already have had a number of vendors back ut because we are Leaving downtown.
Our annual experience has been very easy and we have built the costs of police, permits and road closures into our budget. Our only fear with
potential changes are Large increases in these costs.
We have been working with the Town of Los Gatos for our Cars Hill bike race since 1974]
