RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
OF ITS INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENTS TO
LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
WHEREAS, the Town Council intends to levy and collect assessments during the
fiscal year 1992 -1993, within Landscaping and Lighting Assessment District No. 1, an area
of land located in the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Council's resolution directing the filing of an
annual report, Michael La Rocca, Engineer of Work, has filed with the Town Clerk the
report required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972.
RESOLVED BY, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that a hearing will be
held on Monday, July 20, 1992, at a meeting of the Town Council beginning at 7:30 p.m.,
in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center, 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, California,
on the question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment.
The Town Clerk is directed to cause notice of the hearing as required by
Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 6th day of July, 1992 by the following vote:
