RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE AND
COMPENSATION PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 1993 -94
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, that the
amendments to the Management and Compensation Plan for the Town for fiscal year
1993 -94 (a copy of which is attached hereto) are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 6th day of July, 1993 by the following vote:

AMENDMENTS TO THE MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE
AND COMPENSATION PLAN
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1993 -94
1. Vacation cash our permitted in December if manager uses one week of vacation during
the prior year. Amount to be cashed out is limited to the amount accrued.
2. Sick leave can be cashed out each December with the following provisions:
a. Have 150 hours in accruals at time of cash -out
b. The balance can be cashed out as follows:
1 -59 months of service at 25%
60 -119 months of service at 37.5%
120 -or more months at 50%
3. Any manager may select to pay employee's PERS contributions and increase gross
salary prior to June 30, 1994. This selection is final and cannot be reversed.
4. Establish a management tuition reimbursement program at $500 per employee per year.
