Reopener
The Chief of Police has indicated that the 4 -10 scheduling plan will be implemented
for Patrol and Traffic when three (3) additional police officer positions are approved
and funded for Patrol. This will increase Patrol staffing from its current level of 19
to 22 officers. If for any reason the 4 -10 plan is not implemented by August 7, 1994
or the 4 -10 plan is discontinued before the February 1997 shift rotation the Town of
Los Gatos agrees to reopen negotiations within 30 days on all provisions of the
M.O.U.
