RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING RESOLUTION 1992 -128
CONVERTING THE NORTH SIDE OF BEAN
AVENUE, FROM VICTORY LANE TO WILDER AVENUE,
FROM EXISTING COMMERCIAL PARKING TO
STANDARD ALMOND GROVE PARKING
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that paragraph 1(g), added to Section I of the preferential parking
district regulations for the Almond Grove District adopted in Resolution 1992 -128 to read
as follows:
g. Bean Avenue, north side, between Victory Lane
and Wilder Avenue.
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that all remaining portions of Resolution 1992 -128 shall
remain unamended and in full force and effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 17th day of January, 1995, by the following vote.

PETITION TO CONVERT PARKING ZONE
To the Parking Commissioner of the City of Los Gatos
Dear Sirs,

We are the owners and residents of a private residence
located at 212 Bean Ave which is a part of the Almond Grove
district. We would like to petition the city to convert the
current parking zone in front of this residence on north side
Bean Ave., from Victory Lane to Wilder Ave. (the Almond Grove
district), to conform with standard Almond Grove permit
parking. Because of previous commercial activity at 214 Bean
Ave. this area is zoned 1 hour parking. Even though we are
residents of the Almond Grove district we are currently
restricted from parking in front of our residence by the
current parking structure. Due to the recent vacating of
Atwood Dental Lab from 214 Bean Ave there is no longer any
commercial activity or occupants allowed on the north side of
Bean Ave. Per the City of Los Gatos planning commission,
there can be no further commercial occupancy of 214 Bean Ave
because it is has reverted to residential zoning. I have
attached a copy of the " Agreement to Permit Continuance of
Commercial Use" for 214 Bean Ave which verifies that no
further commercial activity can occur at this site. This
information was supplied and verified by the city planning
department. I would appreciate your expedient and kind
attention to this petition.
