RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING 1995 -2000 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Section 2.30.295 of the Los Gatos Town Code requires the Town Manager to
annually prepare and submit a budget to the Town Council and be responsible for its administration;
and
WHEREAS, the Town Manager submitted a proposed Capital Improvement Program budget
for 1995 -2000 fiscal years to the Town Council; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has considered and reviewed this proposed budget during
public hearing on May 15, 1995,
WHEREAS, the proposed budget is consistent with the Town's General Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town
Council hereby adopts as the budget for the town of Los Gatos for fiscal years 1995 -2000 the
schedule entitled "Capital Improvement summary 1995- 2000" Schedule of Source and Use of funds;,
attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 5th day of June 1995, by the following vote:
