RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF RAMIRIZ LOUIS, DEVELOPER, (J & R HOMES)
TRACT 8615 - (16035 AND 16055 LOS GATOS ALMADEN ROAD)
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS:
1. On January 3, 1995, Town Council unanimously adopted Resolution 1995 -3. This
resolution approved the final map for Tract 8615 - (16035 and 16055 Los Gatos- Almaden Road).
2. Ramiriz Louis, Developer, (J & R Homes) has satisfactorily completed the work on
March 15, 1996, and Tract 8615 is now ready for final approval and acceptance by the Town.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on Tract 8615, (16035 and 16055 Los Gatos - Almaden Road) by Ramiriz Louis,
Developer, (J & R Homes) is hereby accepted as complete.
B. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of Acceptance
and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 15th day of April, 1996 by the following vote.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
We do hereby certify that Ramiriz Louis, Developer, (J & R Homes), substantially completed the
work on March 15, 1996 called for in Town Council Resolution 1995 -3 , which was approved on
January 3, 1995. The work generally consists of the construction of five single family homes.
The work was completed on March 15, 1996, and is commonly known as TRACT 8616.
The Surety on the bond accompanying the contract /agreement is the Amwest Surety Insurance
Company of California.
