RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ESTABLISHING NEWSRACK STORAGE FEE
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that pursuant to Town Code Section 23.70.050 (f) the Town of Los Gatos
establishes a newsrack storage fee as shown below as a reasonable approximation of the average
cost to the Town for services to be provided.
NEWSRACK REMOVAL AND STORAGE
Newsrack Removal Fee
(i.e. labor, equipment and administration cost)
Newsrack Storage Fee
(i.e. facility storage space)
$92.28 per newsrack removed
$10.00 per month per newsrack stored
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 6th day of May, 1996 by the following vote:
