RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
CANCELLING PERMIT PARKING
ON MUNICIPAL LOT # 9 EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 1996,
RESCINDING RESOLUTION 1996 -107
ESTABLISHING PERMIT PARKING ON MUNICIPAL LOT #9
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that Permit Parking on Municipal Lot #9 is hereby cancelled effective
November 1, 1996;
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that Resolution 1996 -107, establishing Permit Parking on
Municipal Lot #9, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 21 st day of October, 1996 by the following vote.
