RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING 1997 -2002 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Section 2.30.295 of the Los Gatos Town Code requires the Town Manager to
annually prepare and submit a budget to the Town Council and be responsible for its administration;
and
WHEREAS, the Town Manager did submit a proposed Capital Improvement Program for
1997 -2002 fiscal years to the Town Council; and
WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the proposed program and found it is
consistent with the Town's general plan; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has considered and reviewed said proposed budget during
a public hearing on May 12, 1997,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town
Council hereby adopts as the CIP for the Town of Los Gatos for fiscal years 1997 -2002 the schedule
entitled "Capital Improvement Summary 1997 -2002 - Schedule of Source and Use of Funds ",
attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 2nd day of June 1997, by the following vote:
