RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS:
9611 - BLOSSOM HILL ROAD AT UNION AVENUE
9622 - BLOSSOM HILL ROAD AT N. SANTA CRUZ /UNIVERSITY /ROBERTS (WEST)
9701 - LOS GATOS BOULEVARD AT NINO AVENUE
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, to carry out Traffic Signal Improvements: 9611 - Blossom Hill Road at
Union Avenue; 9622 - Blossom Hill Road at N. Santa Cruz/University /Roberts (West); 9701 - Los
Gatos Boulevard at Nino Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Building and Engineering Services has presented Plans and
Specifications for Traffic Signal Improvements: 9611 - Blossom Hill Road at Union Avenue; 9622 -
Blossom Hill Road at N. Santa Cruz/University/Roberts (West); 9701 - Los Gatos Boulevard at Nino
Avenue,
WHEREAS, that these Plans and Specifications entitled 'Town of Los Gatos Plans And
Specifications - Traffic Signal Improvements: 9611 - Blossom Hill Road at Union Avenue; 9622 -
Blossom Hill Road at N. Santa Cruz/University/Roberts (West); 9701 - Los Gatos Boulevard at Nino
Avenue, dated February 2, 1998, on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, are hereby approved; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing of the
work specified in the aforesaid Plans and Specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 2nd day of February, 1998 by the following vote:
