RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE 1998 15 PASSENGER VAN THROUGH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Town desires to purchase one 15 passenger van; and
WHEREAS, in 1990 the Town council adopted Resolution 1990 -88 authorizing
participation in the Cooperative Purchasing Program with the State of California Department
of General Services,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized to execute an
agreement with the Department of General Services for the purchase of one new 15 passenger
van.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 20th day of April, 1998 by the following vote:
