RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER
TO EXECUTE CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER
INCREASING THE CONTRACT AMOUNT AND
TO APPROVE BUDGET MODIFICATIONS FOR
PROJECT 9615 - BI- ANNUAL STREET RESURFACING
AS LISTED IN THE "FISCAL IMPACT" SECTION OF THIS REPORT
RESOLVED: by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into a Contract Change Order with
C. F. Archibald Paving, Inc. for Project 9615 - Bi- Annual Street Resurfacing increasing the
contract amount, and that the Town Manager is authorized, and hereby directed, to execute said
Contract Change Order in the name and on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Town Manager approve budget modifications
as listed in the fiscal impact section of this report.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 29th day of June, 1998 by the following vote.
