STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT THE TOWN COUNCIL TAKE A POSITION
OF OPPOSITION TO THE HIGHWAY 85 EXPRESS LANES PROJECT
REMARKS:
After the staff report was prepared for distribution, staff became aware that attachments 2 and 3
were reversed in the order listed on the original report. The attachments should be listed as
follows:
1. "Route 85 Performance Agreement" between the Town of Los Gatos and the Santa Clara
County Traffic Authority
2. Official Town of Los Gatos correspondence with the VTA regarding Highway 85
3. "Freeway Agreement" between the Town of Los Gatos and the State of California
4. City of Cupertino response to Initial Study
5. Public Comment received through 11:00 am Thursday, May 14, 2015
