RESOLUTION SETTING THE MANNER OF PAYMENT
OF FEES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE TRANSCRIPTS
RESOLVED:
Where an administrative transcript is requested by a petitioner
for use in proceedings to review any action or decision of the Town,
the estimated cost of the transcript shall be paid to the Town before
the transcript is prepared. The Town Manager makes the estimate.
If the actual cost is less than the estimate an appropriate refund
shall be made; if more, the difference shall be paid before the
transcript is delivered to the petitioner or to the court.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 3rd day of April
1978.
