I have lived in Los Gatos/Monte Sereno for the past 25 years, own a business here in town
(MobileFrame) and I am currently building a new single family residence located at 19605
Redberry Drive which is also located in the Town of Los Gatos. I have reviewed the planning
commission staff report regarding the subject application and I am very familiar with this
particular property. This project has my strong endorsement as I believe it exemplifies the
character of new residential construction our town needs. I believe this project, if approved will
be a terrific addition to the neighborhood. I understand that Mr. Greg Simpson has gone to
great measure to put forth this project here in our community and I hope each and every council
member will vote affirmatively without any further delay.

My name is James Freitas and I'm a resident of Los Gatos. I was writing to you to support the proposed
project at 16560 Shannon Road. I travel on Shannon Road often and I am familiar with the proposed lot
split and development of two single family homes. I think the proposed plan looks very good in both size
and design and would fit well with the existing neighborhood. I support the project and hope it gets
approved.

Erin good morning I would like to offer my support for the 16560 Shannon Road project. I Have built a new home in Los
Gatos as well as remodeled two others so I know what new construction can bring to the value of the neighborhood. I
don't see traffic concerns as an issue and the upside of adding two new homes to this area should far outweigh any
downside. Hopefully things progress and the project can move forward.
