This project has my strong endorsement as I believe it exemplifies the character of new residential construction our town needs. I travel on Shannon Road often and I am familiar with the proposed lot split and development of two single family homes. I Have built a new home in Los Gatos as well as remodeled two others so I know what new construction can bring to the value of the neighborhood. I don't see traffic concerns as an issue and the upside of adding two new homes to this area should far outweigh any downside. Hopefully things progress and the project can move forward.
