DESIGN GUIDELINES
REMARKS:
Subsequent to the report being distributed, staff discovered that some revisions were not included in
this draft of the AHOZ Design Guidelines.
Staff recommends that the Town Council take no action on this item in order for staff to ensure that
all necessary revisions have been incorporated in a Final Draft.
This item will be placed on a future agenda once the requested revisions have been completed.
Additionally, as requested by a Council Member, a summary of these changes will also be provided
for reference.
