DISCUSSION:
There has been a correction on Page 11 of the May 6, 2013, Joint Town Council/Parking Authority
Meeting Minutes. The Motion under Item till is amended to read as follows:
MOTION:
Motion by Council Member Diane McNutt to grant the appeal, make the
required findings, and approve the Conditional Use Permit (Attachment 2)
subject to the Conditions in Attachment 4.
