April 22, 2013 Special Meeting RECOMMENDATION: Approve the April 22, 2013 Special Meeting Council minutes as modified below. DISCUSSION The Mayor raised questions and requested clarification of the St. Mary's Church and School portion of the April 22, 2013 Special Meeting, agenda item 1. The third motion made, at the bottom of page 6, should be clarified as follows: "The following items are ineluded added to the motion as contained in the referenced by staff report: - noise alternative for fencing — Item #37 - Revised Junior High elevation on page 3 item 4 - Correct typographical errors under items 76 and 94 - The condition regarding employees is limited to 53 individuals - At least annually shall submit a report providing the number of students and church and school staff to the Town of Los Gatos with any non-conformance reported to the Planning Commission." In addition, the fifth motion and vote (the second ones on page 7) are a partial repeat of the first motion and vote on page 6, and should be deleted.
