RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER, OR HIS
DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE, TO EXECUTE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTS WITH
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos entered into a Master Agreement for Federal Aid,
and on August 3, 1998 the Town Council adopted a resolution ratifying Town Manager's
signature on the Master Agreement; and
WHEREAS, disbursement of Federal funds requires a Program Supplement for each
project; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council approves each project and allocates funding with the
Capital Improvement Program Budget each year.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Manager, or his designated
Representative is directed to execute program supplements with the State of California for
Federal Aid Projects to receive payment of Federal Funds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 3rd day of May, 1999 by the following vote:
