ORDINANCE EXTENDING FOR FIVE MONTHS
INTERIM ZONING ORDINANCE PROHIBITING
CONVERSION OF EXISTING STRUCTURES
TO CONDOMINIUM.
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The effective period of Ordinance No. 1118 of the Town, as extended.
by Ordinance No. 1130, an interim urgency ordinance prohibiting conversion
of existing structures to condominium, is hereby extended for an additional
period. of five months, to expire October 17, 1974.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance is adopted after notice and public hearing pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code Sections 65858, 65856 and 65854.
This Ordinance is an interim urgency ordinance adopted. under the provisions
of Government Code Section 65858, and the findings of fact in Ordinance
No. 1118 are incorporated by reference herein. This Ordinance shall take
effect immediately.
The Town Clerk of the Town of Los Gatos shall cause this Ordinance
to be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the
Los Gatos Times- Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general circulation,
published, and circulated in the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos, California,
at a, regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 6th dray of May, 1974,
by the following vote:
