ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
REPEALING THE CIVIC CENTER ZONE
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1.
The Table of Sign Regulations in Section 3.38.030 of the Zoning Ordinance
of the Town of Los Gatos is amended to read:

SECTION 2.
Section 4.50.010 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos
is amended to read:
SEC. 4.50.010 SCOPE
Office and commercial zones are the 0, C -1, C -2 and CH
zones.
SECTION 3.
Chapter 4.58 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is
repealed.
SECTION 4.
Section 5.20.205 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos
is amended to read:
SEC. 5.20.205 TABLE OF CONDITIONAL USES
An 'Y' indicates that an activity is allowed in a zone if
a conditional use permit is issued. Activities listed in this
table are only allowed where a conditional use permit is issued,
or where the activity is specifically listed in the permitted
uses fnr the Anne_

SECTION 5.
This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted.
Within 15 days after this ordinance is adopted, the Town Clerk shall
cause it to be published once in a newspaper of general circulation
published and circulated in the Town.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos on August 21, 1978 , and
adopted by the following vote as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos
at a regular meeting of the Town Council on September 5th, 1978
