IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN THE LEAD SURVEY AND
ASBESTOS SURVEY FROM THE DEVELOPER AND COMPLETE ALL NECESSARY
RECOMMENDATIONS PER SAID REPORTS.
7. IF CONCRETE AND PAVEMENT DEMOLITION MATERIAL 15 RECYCLED THE CONTRACTOR
SHALL SUBMIT A LETTER TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS SOLID WASTE
PROGRAM MANAGER INDICATING HOW MANY TONS OF DEMOLITION MATERIAL 15
ANTCIPAIEO TO RE RECYCLED.
8. CONTRACTOR SHALL MEET WITH PROJECT ARBORIST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO
DEMOLITION TO VERIFY STATUS OF EVERY TREE.
9. PERIMETER FENCING SHALL BE ESTABLISHED AROUND THE SITE AND SHALL REMAIN
DURING THE COURSE OF THE PROJECT, EXCEPT AS NOTED.
10. ALL IDENTIFIED UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS (GREASE TRAPS. ETC.). ANO OTHER
VOIDS. ARE TO BE OESIROYED, BACKFILLED AND COMPACTED PER TOWN
STANDARDS AND THE SOILS REPORT.
