STAFF REMARKS: This Planned Development request first came before Council on July 25, 2011. The applicant requested that the matter be continued to allow time to consider options that may be available to partnership with Habitat for Humanity regarding the BMP unit (Attachment 7). The Council granted the request and continued the project to September 19, 2011. The applicant has requested another continuance to allow additional time to further consider options for a potential partnership with Habitat for Humanity regarding the BMP unit (Attachment 9). It is anticipated that the partnership matter would be resolved in six months. Staff recommends that this matter be continued to a date uncertain.
