Santa Cruz Avenue, Los Gatos. I understand Mr. Jillo, Owner of Gardino's has applied for an appeal._ If the City of Los Gatos decides to pass this expansion the town will inherit significant problems: Mr. Pete Jillo, owner, of Gardino is known as a DRUG DEALER., Expansion of this restaurant to a bar would create a lot more illegal substance and crime. A few weeks ago, Mr. Jillo, walked into Chicago Steak in Los Gatos, whom his sister has ownership, and violently called her every name in the book. He is a walking time bomb with an explosive personality. I witnessed this terrible incident and I spoke to others indicating it happens on a regular basis. I wanted to call the police but was terrified what would happen if he caught me. If you ask around several of the business owners of Los Gatos will be able to confirm the above. Thank you for your time. ATTACHMENT 8
