The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting on Monday,
November 8, 2010 at 6:00 P.M.
TOWN COUNCIL
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 6:00 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Diane McNutt, Vice Mayor Joe Pirzynski, Council Member Steve Rice,
Council Member Barbara Spector, and Council Member Mike Wasserman.
Absent: None.

Ms. Propp stated that there was no Closed Session and no reportable
action.

Community Services Commission (4 vacancies, 1 applicant)
Community Services Commission: Student Member (1 vacancy, 2
applicants)
Historic Preservation Committee (2 vacancies, 4 applicants)
Library Board (1 vacancy, 0 applicants)
Parks Commission (2 vacancies, 1 applicant)
Parks Commission: Student Member (2 vacancies, 3 applicants)
Personnel Board (1 vacancy, 1 applicant)
Rent Advisory Committee (2 vacancies, 0 applicants)
Transportation and Parking (2 vacancies, 1 applicant)

Arts and Culture Commission
Lou Bermingham and Tom Spilsbury were appointed to the Arts and
Culture Commission.
Community Services Commission
Toni Blackstock was re -appointed to the Community Services
Commission.
Community Services Commission: Student Member
Nikhita lyar was re -appointed to the Community Services Commission as
a student member.
Historic Preservation Committee
Robert Cowan was re -appointed and Kathryn Janoff was appointed to
the Historic Preservation Committee.
Library Board
There were no applications for the Library Board.
Parks Commission
Rob Rennie was appointed to the Parks Commission.
Parks Commission: Student Member
Abigail Dunlay and Jordan Haserot were appointed to the Parks
Commission as student members.
Personnel Board
Susan Kettmann was appointed to the Personnel Board.
Rent Advisory Committee
There were no applications for the Rent Advisory Committee.
Transportation and Parking
There were no appointments to the Transportation and Parking
Commission.
Planning Commission
Jane Ogle was appointed and Marico Sayoc was re -appointed to the
Planning Commission.
Council Discussions
Council directed the Jackie Rose, Clerk Administrator to re -advertise for
all vacant positions.
