2001-123-Establishing The Compensation And Benefits Of The Elected Town ClerkRESOLUTION 2001-123 RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS OF THE ELECTED TOWN CLERK WHEREAS, the Town Council has created the appointed at -will position of Clerk Administrator; and WHEREAS, non -elected duties and related compensation of the Town Clerk were previously established in Resolution No. 1990-84; and WHEREAS, the appointment of an at -will Clerk Administrator necessitates revision of the non -elected duties and benefits of the Elected Town Clerk. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that effective November 12, 2001, the annual salary of the Elected Town Clerk is $16,772, and that the Elected Town Cleric be provided an auto allowance of $75 per month. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 1990-84 establishing the compensation and for the non -elected duties of the Town Clerk is rescinded in its entirety.
