RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
OF THE ELECTED TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS, the Town Council has created the appointed at -will position of Clerk
Administrator; and
WHEREAS, non -elected duties and related compensation of the Town Clerk were
previously established in Resolution No. 1990-84; and
WHEREAS, the appointment of an at -will Clerk Administrator necessitates revision
of the non -elected duties and benefits of the Elected Town Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that effective November 12, 2001, the annual
salary of the Elected Town Clerk is $16,772, and that the Elected Town Cleric be provided an auto
allowance of $75 per month.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 1990-84 establishing the
compensation and for the non -elected duties of the Town Clerk is rescinded in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at aregular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 51h day of November, 2001 by the following vote:
