RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
TO ADOPT RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK OF
VALLEY SLURRY 'SEAL COMPANY
FOR 2001 SURFACE (SLURRY) SEAL PROGRAM - CAPITAL PROJECT NO.01-06 -
PHASE LAND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
RECORDING BY THE TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS, on May 21, 2001, the Town Council awarded a construction contract to
Valley Slurry Seal Company of West Sacramento, California for the following work;
and
PROJECT NO.01-06 (PHASE 1) - 2001 SURFACE (SLURRY) SEAL PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Valley Slurry Seal Company has satisfactorily completed all work under
said contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. All work completed by Valley Slurry Seal Company on said project is hereby accepted
as complete pursuant to the plans and specifications for such project.
2. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of Acceptance
and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
3. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 19' day of November, 2001, by the following vote:
