AMENDING THE MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION PLAN TO REVISE THE SALARY
RANGE OF THE ASSISTANT TOWN MANAGER AND ESTABLISH THE POSITION AND
SALARY RANGE OF HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Management Compensation Plan is hereby amended as shown in
Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 3' day of December, 2001 by the following vote:
