2000-011-Accepting Work Of Masud Maesumi And Authorizing The Town Manager To Execute Certificate Of Acceptance And Notice Of Completion For Recording By Town ClerkRESOLUTION 2000 -11 RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ACCEPTING WORK OF MASUD MAESUMI .AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK WHEREAS: 1. 'The Development Review Committee approved the final .map for 589 and 593 Vasona Avenue.. 2. Masud .Maesumi has satisfactorily completed the public improvements consisting of street, .curb and gutter, sidewalk,. street lights, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage as required by the final map in June,1999, and the development is now ready for final approval and acceptance by the Town. RESDLVEDc A. The work on 589 and 593 Vasona Avenue by Masud Maesumi is hereby accepted as complete. B. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of Acceptance and Notice ofCompletion attached as Exhibit A hereto. C. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 7th day of February, 2000 by the following vote.
