Main Street), attached hereto, and generally shown on Exhibit "B'", attached hereto; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Streets and Highways Code, Section 8334(a), the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos declares that the Storm Drainage Easement is excess and is not needed for public storm drainage purposes. RESOLVED, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos finds from all of the evidence submitted that the Storm Drainage Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective public Page 1 of 2 purposes, and hereby vacates the Storm Drainage Easement. FURTHER RESOLVED, the Town Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this Order, attested by her under the Seal of the Town, to be recorded inthe Office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara. From and after the date this resolution is recorded, the storm drainage easement shall no longer constitute a Storm Drainage Easement to the Town of Los Gatos.
