RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATIONS
FOR FISCAL YEARS 2000-2001 AND 2001-2002
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the confidential employee classifications be approved effective June
25, 2000, as presented in Exhibit A; January 7, 2001 as presented in exhibit B; and June 24, 2001
as presented in Exhibit C. Be it further resolved, that the Confidential employees receive the
compensation and benefit adjustments as presented in the 2000-2002 Memorandum of
Understanding between the Town of Los Gatos and the Town Employee's Association.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 19' day of June, 2000 by the following vote:
