2000-111-Authorizing The Interi, Town Manager To Execute A Side Letter Of Agreement With Afscme Local 101, Establishing Training Pay For The Facilities CoordinatorRESOLUTION 2000-111 RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE A SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH AFSCME LOCAL 101, ESTABLISHING TRAINING PAY FOR THE FACILITIES COORDINATOR RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Interim Town Manager is authorized to execute a side letter of agreement with AFSCME Local 101, establishing a training pay for the Facilities Coordinator (a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A). Any employee appointed to the Facilities Coordinator position after September 18, 2000, shall not be eligible for the training pay. The Facilities Coordinator shall be required to provide training to an employee(s) on all aspects of his duties and responsibilities, and the unique characteristics and requirements associated with operating the Town facilities.
