OE INSTRllMENT CONVEYING INTEREST IN
REAL PROPERTY.
RESOLVED, the Town of Los Gatos consents to recordation of
the attached instrument of dedication, as provided by Government
C ode section 27281.
FllRTl{ER RESOLVED, that the Tawn of Los Gatos rejects the
offer of dedication evidenced by the instrument, reserving its
right to accept the dedication at any time in the future.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the 'T own Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 2nd
