1973-005- Parking Prohibition and Twenty-Minute Parking - Shannon RoadRESOLUTION N0. ig73_5 PARKING PROHIBITION AND TWENTY-MINUTE PARKING - SHANNON ROAD BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Chapter 16, "Motor Vehicles and Traffic", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish the following traffic regulations: STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING PROHIBITED Pursuant to the provisions of Section 16-45, "Stopping, Standing, and Parking Prohibited in Certain Places", stopping, standing, or parking of a motor vehicle is hereby prohibited AT ALL TIMES along the Southerly side of Shannon Road, as indicated on the attached Exhibit "A". TWENTY-MINUTE PARKING Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, "Stopping, Standing, and Parking", no person shall stop, stand, cr park any vehicle between the hours of 9:00 A..M. and 6:00 P.M., of any day, except Sundays and Holidays, for a period of time longer than Twenty (20) Minutes, along the South side of Shannon Road, as shown on the attached Exhibit "A". Resolution No. 1969-138, adopted on November 17~ 1969, is hereby repealed. The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate signs and/or curb markings, giving notice to the public of this action.
