AN ORDINANCE APPROVIVG THE 'ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN
UN INHA BIT D TERRITORY, DESIGNATED "CASINO DEL CERRO
NUMBER TWO ANNEXATION„ TO THE T O'NN OF LOS GRI OS.
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DONS ORDAIN AS
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of May, 1957, the Council of
the Tows. of Los Gatos did pass and adopt a Resolution giving notice
of the proposal to annex certain uninhabited territory to the Tom of
Los Gatos, said territory being therein designated as "Camino del
Cerro 'Number Two Annexation", and said action being taken by the
Council said Town as the legislative body of the Town pursuant to.
a written petition therefor, said Resolution describing
boundaries of the territory so proposed to be annexed to said Town;
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did contain a notice of the day
hour and place when and where the said Council of said Town would hear
protests made by any person o4ng real property within the
proposed to be annexed, the time of said hearing being not
forty nor more than sixty days from the date of passage of
Resolution; and
WHEREAS, on the 1st day of July, 1957, at the hour
7:30 o'clock p.me in the Los Gatos Torn Council Chambers in the Town
Hall of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, said time and place being the day, hour and place fixed
in said Resolution for hearing protests to said annexation, the said

WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to. the Town of Los
Gatos, and is uninhabited territory in the County of Santa Clara, and
all of the procedural requirements of the Annexation of Uninhabited
Territory Act of 1939, particularly Government Code Sections 35300
to 35314 inclusive have been fully complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, the said Council of the Town of Los Gatos
does hereby approve the annexation of said territory, hereinafter
described, to the Town of Los Gatos and does hereby further ordain
that the said territory be and is hereby annexed to the Town of Los
Gatos
That said territory, the annexation of which to the Town of
Los Gatos is herein approved, is all that territory situate in the
County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:

Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northeast-
erly line of the Rancho Rinconada de Los Gatos with the Northwest-
erly line of that certain parcel of land described as Parcel No. 3
in that certain Deed from Lino Molin, a single man, to Raymond A.
leLzger, et ux, dated October 26, 1956 and recorded October 31, 1956
in Book 3646 of Official Records, page 229, Santa Clara County
Records, said point of beginning being also in the Town Limits of
the Town of Los Gatos; running thence along the Town Limits of the
Town of Los Gatos and along the Northeasterly line
'Rinconada de Los Gatos, Northwesterly to the point
thereof with the Northeasterly prolongation of the
line of Lot 6 as said Lot 6 is Shown upon
Blossom Dell, which said Map was filed for

Terrace and along the Southerly prolongation of said Easterly
line of Tract No. 1168 El Gato Terrace, Southerly to the point
of intersection of said Southerly prolonged line with the North-
westerly line of said Parcel No. 3 so described in the Deed to
Metzger, hereinabove referred to; running thence along said last
named line, Northeasterly to the point of beginning.
