AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.02 OF THE.
TOWN OF LOS GATOS RELATING TO ZONING
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The Zoning Map of the Town of Los Gatos
which said map was adopted as a part of Ordinance No. 392 of said
Town, is hereby changed and amended by adding thereto a new
Sectional District No. 3.02.16, a map of which said Sectional
District No. 3.02.16, of the Zoning Map of the Town of Los Gatos.
SECTION 2. The exterior boundaries of the Zoning Map
of the Town of Los Gatos as shown on that certain map entitled
"Index Map to Sectional District Maps, Zoning Map of the Town of
Los Gatos", which said Index Map was adopted as a portion of
Ordinance No. 392 of said Town of Los Gatos on the l2th day of
March, 1956, and which said Index Map of Sectional District Maps
is referred to in Section 3.02 of said Ordinance No. 392, are
hereby enlarged, changed and extended by adding to said Index Map
the aforesaid Sectional District No. 3.02.16 referred to in
Section 1 of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published once
in the LOS GATOS'TIMES-SARATOGA OBSERVER, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos
The above and foregoing was duly and regularly intro-
duced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, held the //4 day of

Ralph Elsman to Florence E. Elsman, dated April 21, 1942 and

and distant at right angles Northwesterly 225.00 feet from the
Easterly line of the Rancho Rinconada de Los Gatos, said point of
beginning being also in the Town Limits Line of the Town of Los
Gatos; running thence along said Northerly line of the parcel of
Tnd so desccibed in the Deed to Florence E. Elsman and along the
Town Limits Line of the Town of Los Gatos, Southeasterly to the
most Easterly corner of said parcel of land in the Easterly line
of the Rancho Rinconada de Los Gatos; running thence along said
Easter14 line of the Rancho Rinconada de Los Gatos, Northerly to
the point of intersection thereof with the Southwesterly line of
Shannon Road; running thence along said Southwesterly line of
Shannon Road, Northwesterly to the point of intersection thereof
with the Southerly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by
Nathalie Yabroff, et al, to Robert C. Thompson, et ux, by Deed
dated July 24, 1951 and recorded August 31, 1951 in Book 2276 of
Official Records, at page 316, Santa Clara County Records; running
thence along the Southerly, Westerly and Northerly lines of said
Thompson parcel, Westerly, Northerly and Easterly to the point of
intersection thereof with the Westerly line of Shannon Road;
running thence along the Westerly line of Shannon Road, North-
westerly to the point of intersection thereof with the Southerly
line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Uary 0rem, et al,
to Joseph E. Taillon, et ux, by Deed da ted May 22, 194,7 and recorded
January 6, 1948 in Book 1550 of Official Records, on Page 140,
Santa Clara County Records; running thence along the Southerly and
Westerly lines of said parcel of land so conveyed to Taillon,
westerly and Northerly to the Northwesterly corner thereof in the
Southerly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Nathalie
Yabroff Wollin, et al, to Vincent W. Ellis, et ux, by Deed dated

thence along the Southerly and Westerly lines of said parcel of
land so conveyed to Ellis, Westerly and Northerly to the point

Road; running thence along said Southerly line of Shannon Road,
Westerly to the point of intersection. thereof with the Southerly
prolongation of the Easterly line of that certain parcel of land

Manuel F. Escover, which said decree was filed for record in the

running thence along said Southerly line of Blossom Hill Road,

running thence along the Westerly line thereof, Southerly to the
point of intersection thereof with the Northerly line of that
point of intersection thereof with the Northerly line of that
certain parcel of land described in the Deed from Lennie M. Norman,
a single woman to Bernard J. Cline, et ux, dated November 1, 1950

page 493, Santa Clara County Records; running thence along the
Northerly lines of said parcel of land so conveyed to Cline,
Westerly to the Northwest corner thereof, said Northwest corner of
the parcel of land so conveyed to Cline, being also the Southeast
corner of Parcel No. 2 as said Parcel No. 2 is described in the
Deed from Lloyd Eckert, et ux, to Justin D. Vanderlaan, et ux,
dated June 1, 1956 and recorded June 11, 1956 in Book 3519 of
Official Records, at page 50, Santa Clara County Records; running
thence along the Northeasterly lines of said Parcel No. 2 as
described in the Deed to Vanderlaan, Northwesterly to the point
of intersection thereof with said Southerly line of Blossom Hill
Road, running thence along said Southerly line of Blossom Hill
Road, Westerly to the Northwest corner of said Parcel No. 2;
running thence along the Westerly line of said Parcel No. 2 and
along the Westerly line of Parcel No. 1, as said Parcel No. 1 is
described in said Deed to Vanderlaan, Southerly to the Southwest
corner of said Parcel No. 1, the Southwest corner of said Parcel
No. 1 being also the most Northerly corner of that certain 0.451

et al, by Deed dated January 27, 1945 and recorded January 31,
1945 in Book 1245 of Official Records, at page 159, Santa Clara
County Records; running thence along said Northerly prolonged line
and along the Westerly line of said 20.508 acre parcel of land,
Southerly to the Southwest corner thereof; running thence along
the Southerly line of said 20.508 acre parcel of land so conveyed
to Yabroff; Easterly to the point of intersection thereof with a
line that is parallel with and distant 225.00 feet Northwesterly
at right angles from said Easterly line of the Rancho Rinconada de
Los Gatos; running thence along said parallel line,; Southerly to
the point of beginning.
