SECTIO- 3: Any person , firm or corgioration vi-
olating any provision of this ordinance shall be rui i ty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a
fine of not to eXceed 010 h'U TDRM) PC~~ ($100,00), or by im-
prisonment for not to exceed thirty days, or by both such fine
and imprisonm, ent o /
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be published once
in the "Los Gatos Star."
