RECOMMENDATION
The applicant for Bay Tree Apartments has requested a continuance. It is recommended this
item be tentatively scheduled for the Town Council meeting on Monday, December 1, 2008.

Dear Bud:
The application for the conversion of the Bay Tree Apartments to condominiums is
scheduled to be heard next Monday, October 201", by Town Council. I wanted to
formally request a continuance to the December 1, 2008.
This will give us an opportunity to address some issues recently brought up by some of
our opponents as well as fine-tune the application to ensure that this truly is a
benchmark project for Los Gatos.
