Our Requests
1 . Place Pickleball Noise Ordinance on an upcoming Regular Agenda Item
2. Town Council vote affirmatively to direct the Planning Commission to:
• Define a new noise profile that incorporates LAFmax thresholds
• Prohibit activities that exceed the new noise profile.
• Moratorium on construction of new pickleball courts pending definition of
new noise profile.
